We just worked with Hilary on buying our first home! We were prepared for it to take months and be a very grueling process, but with Hilary it was nothing like that! We could not be happier with our choice to work with her. It’s very obvious she knows what she’s doing and was very patient with walking us through the homebuying process and everything that comes with it. Every little bump in the road she was on top of it and had it taken care of before we even had time to stress over it. As if that’s not enough, she has been able to get us in contact with fantastic local businesses and contractors to help us get through this process and get our home move-in ready! Hilary is seriously the best - I'd give her more stars if I could! We moved to Knoxville from CA, and we stumbled upon Hilary at one of the many open houses we were at. She was unlike other realtors we had met at other open houses - rather than only seeming interested in getting our business and trying to explain how they were the best relocation expert (which pretty much every other realtor had done once they heard we were from CA), Hilary quickly learned that my husband was a huge foodie and began sharing some awesome local food recommendations with us. Within 2 minutes of talking with her, we felt like we were chatting with an old friend (who also just happened to be a real estate expert haha). We walked out of that open house knowing that we wanted to work with Hilary, not only because we could tell she thoroughly understands the Knoxville real estate market, but because she truly understands the power of connecting with people and how that can greatly impact the sale. (As an aside, whenever my husband and I would go to an open house and mention that we were working with Hilary, pretty much every other realtor would recognize her name and share how much they liked her - so, don't just take it from me that she's awesome! :) ) Hilary took time to learn what we were looking for in a house, and whenever we had a question or wanted to see a home, she was insanely fast at responding to us or setting something up. My husband and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to buy an existing home or go with a new build, and we ultimately decided on a new build. We had a ton of questions about this, and Hilary was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions (and we had a LOT haha). We're set to close on the house in about a month, and we're still in the process of working with Hilary, but I didn't want to wait to write this. We feel so fortunate that we met Hilary and have had the pleasure of working with someone who is extremely smart, a go-getter, action oriented, and truly has our best interests at heart. 10/10 will work with her again in the future!!

Working with Hilary was a DREAM! My husband and I used Hilary for the sale of our home in South Knoxville and also the purchase of another home in Fountain City right at the same time. She did an amazing job keeping us super organized, right on track, and smiling the whole time. Hilary works magic!!! We were under a serious time crunch to find a home due to a quick career change and had only one weekend to find something. Hilary was very attentive and diligent in her communication and always made us feel like a priority. She is a very sweet, sincere, hard-working, professional and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
